STAY
STAY Program:
The JU4Y Transitional Age Youth Program is a transitional housing opportunity offered to cis-gender unhoused women ages 18-25 who need a stable home so they can take the proper steps to get their lives back in order. Through case management, individualized service plans are developed with clients to determine the resources available to help them transition to more stable and self-sufficient lifestyles.
STAY Nurtured:
We believe in nurturing the potential of every young person, especially those who have experienced foster care or are transitioning into adulthood. This program offers a safe and supportive space where young mothers and their children can receive the guidance, resources, and care they need to thrive. Through mentorship, life skills training, educational support, and community engagement, we empower TAY to build a foundation for a successful future.
