Provides support to the Office of Academic Affairs Pre-Clinical Department by facilitating the COMP and CPM curriculum. Works closely with the Assessment Specialists on assessments and grades. Reviews daily curriculum activities and organizes and assigns Curriculum Coordinators work as needed. This position reports to the Director for Pre-Clinical Education.

Excellent computer skills necessary to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and any other software programs required by this position. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines. Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. 5. Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments and be flexible with job assignments.
Education: AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum educationExperience: 3-5 years clerical office experience
Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Associate or Executive Assistant
