Provides support to the Clinical Education Department in the Office of Academic Affairs in the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Assists the Senior Manager, Associate Director and Associate Dean of Clinical Education by ensuring that OMSIII/IV meet all graduation requirements. Maintains contact with sites, provides information to and receives feedback from students, sites, preceptors and faculty. Provides direction and training for Rotation Coordinators. Assumes managerial role in absence of the Senior Manager, and/or Associate Director and/ or Associate Dean of the Clinical Education department.

Excellent computer skills necessary to set up and maintain filing and data systems. Must be able to set up and format documents in Microsoft Office. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact appropriately with administration, faculty, staff and students. 3. Ability to compose non-routine correspondence on own initiative and handle routine questions/requests that are governed by the Clinical Education Manual. 4. Must be able to work and in fast-paced environment and be flexible in job assignments. 5. Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.
Minimum Education: AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2-3 years clerical office experience
