This position will work for the Facilities and Physical Plant Department. The purpose of this job is to support “Facilities Operations” with specific duties that are performed on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. It is the goal of the “Facilities Department” to keep the University Campus in a clean, neat and orderly manner of both interior and exterior spaces. This position will include but not limited to the following duties.

1. Education: Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required skills and abilities. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.2. Computer experience: Internet, spreadsheet.3. Must have a cell phone for departmental communication purpose (stipend provided).4. Must have a valid driver’s license5. Must provide and maintain Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that satisfies the requirements of the Western U Vehicle Use Policy.
1. Have at least two (2) years of Commercial Janitorial cleaning.

Tuesday – Friday 8AM-5PM and Saturday 6AM-3PM• Saturday will be an earlier start time.
Must be able to work on weekends, evenings and Holidays as needed or required.
