Provide support for all Simulation Center operations including, but not limited to set-up and clean-up of simulation and skills education/assessment activities, supplies purchasing and inventory, and equipment and space maintenance. The Simulation Center Assistant will also support college and university events and functions as scheduled as part of the CGN staff. This position will report to the Simulation Center Manager.

Proficient in software applications including but not limited to MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams as well as video communications (i.e. Zoom) and internet and database applications.2. 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.2. Experience: Recent college graduate, or 2-3 years administrative experience in an academic or business support setting.

Work in person on Pomona campus typically Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility to work early or late as needed to support Simulation Center activities, and to work occasional weekend days to support program and college activities and special events.
