To assist Principal Investigator (PI) in completing ongoing research projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:1. Familiar with laboratory surroundings.2. Knowledge of general laboratory equipment.3. Should have knowledge of terminology for common chemicals and lab supply items.4. Familiarity with computers and internet search techniques.
A bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy.Applicants must be an admitted student to Western University of Health Sciences, Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences program.
Preference will be given to individuals possessing a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

This is a .5 FTE position. The work hours for this position will change as needed to meet the needs of the laboratory and the TA proctoring schedule.Normal work hours are Monday – Friday.
